Founder and Principal, PeoplePlusResults
Rujuta Pendharkar has over 25 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, cultural change, and human resources. She has worked with startups, and mid-sized firms across IT, telecom, healthcare, energy, and banking, delivering coaching, 360° feedback workshops, emotional intelligence training, and long-term culture transformation interventions. She brings in a lot of passion and energy in serving the transformation needs of her clients.

Julie brings over 35 years of experience in coaching, training, instructional design, and organizational development. She has held leadership roles across sectors including federal law enforcement, telecom, psychometrics, HR outsourcing, transportation, education, and hospitality. Though U.S based, she has extensive international experience and currently serves as an advisor to PeoplePlusResults.
